The Any Given Day approach is crafted by me, Nate Palin, a former 2/75 Ranger and Special Operations Strength & Conditioning Coach, and current amateur adventure athlete.
Like many military veterans, I struggled with poor lifestyle choices while feeling my best days were behind me.
Putting down the bad decisions and seeking thrills through adventure endeavors like mountain biking and downhill skiing has given me a healthier means of “touching the flame” than combat or rockstar vices ever could.
